Grove Menus began its journey in 1994 with the vision of Diane Fager, a registered dietitian, and her husband Vance, a seasoned healthcare administrator. Vance, with his background in corporate healthcare management, had gleaned insights into the operational needs of these facilities, while Diane, armed with her expertise in dietetics, knew the importance of tailoring meals to individual dietary needs and preferences.

Their journey started with Diane developing a comprehensive menu system for assisted living facilities across the Western United States, meticulously addressing the varying dietary regulations in each state.
