Our Story

We began our journey in 1990, planting apple trees that would eventually become the foundation of our business. In 1994, we created Doc's Cider, making us the oldest cidery in New York State. Our cider is now distributed in 28 states and 3 countries. We didn't stop there. In 1995, we hosted our first Bob Dylan Tribute Festival, which marked the beginning of our live music events. Today, we have live music every weekend and multiple music festivals each year.

Our Services

At Warwick Valley Winery & Distillery, we offer a wide range of services to make your visit unforgettable. Our tasting room is open 11am-6pm, 362 days a year, where you can sample our wines, ciders, and spirits. Our Pane Cafe is open from 12pm-5pm, Wednesday to Friday, and 11am-5pm, Saturday to Sunday, serving gourmet food made from scratch with locally sourced, farm-grown ingredients. We also have a pick-your-own orchard with over 65 heirloom and modern apple varieties, open to visitors. Join us for our live music events, festivals, and workshops, where you can meet our team, learn about our craft, and make unforgettable memories.

Our Team

Our team is made up of passionate individuals who share our vision of creating exceptional products and experiences. Our CFO, Jeremy Kidde, has been instrumental in growing our business, focusing on sales and marketing. Our Master Distiller, Executive Cidermaker, and Co-Owner, Jason Grizzanti, is a pioneer in the craft cider and spirits industry, with over 20 years of experience in fruit-based alcohol production.
