We have delivered projects that were competitively bid, construction managed at risk, or design/build projects. Our team and professional engineers are equally comfortable with a completed design or with providing pre-construction assistance at the earliest stages of design.

We generally pursue projects up to $50 million from various industry groups, including Corporate/commercial, Education, Healthcare, Specialty Government, Religious, Tilt-up, and Restaurants. Our executives and managers have a combined industry experience of nearly 100 years, ensuring that every project receives the highest level of expertise.

Joe Burchick's Background

Joe Burchick is the President and Treasurer of Burchick Construction Company. Prior to founding the company in 1991, Joe worked for Dick Corporation, Navarro Corporation, and Dunn Corporation, progressively gaining experience and responsibility in estimating, project management, and executive leadership roles. Throughout his career, which spans across five decades, Joe has managed projects such as the $25 million Sennott Square for the University of Pittsburgh and the $73 million renovation of the William S. Moorhead Federal building for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA).
