About Us

Freight Expeditors, Inc. has been operating in the Pacific Northwest for over 35 years, and has gained a superior reputation for integrity, excellence, and service in the containerized freight industry. Our company services all Seattle and Tacoma ports and rail yards, and has licensing and authority for all routes in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. We provide transportation of legal, heavy, import, and export container freight. We specialize in heavy haul freight movement, providing primarily super four-axle tractors, as well as over forty company-owned super chassis to meet all commitments necessary for over-weight container drayage.

Our Story

Freight Expeditors, Inc. was founded in 1986 by Don and Patricia Roberts, as a small family-owned business with 10 company trucks. Over the years, the company has grown and expanded, with the Roberts' children eventually taking over the business. Today, Freight Expeditors, Inc. is a respected and trustworthy player in the containerized freight industry, with a reputation for honesty, integrity, and excellence. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers, and we are proud of our commitment to safety, reliability, and performance.

Our Team

Our team is made up of experienced professionals who are passionate about providing excellent service to our customers. Our management team is comprised of Julie Roberts, President; Jeanne Knoll, Administrative Director; Erik Backman, Safety Director; Andrea Knoll, Transportation Manager; KaLene Brehmer, Transportation Specialist; Marissa Brooks, Transportation Specialist; Tracy Angst-Mozzone, Administrative Assistant; and McKenna Knoll, Administrative Assistant.
