Oconee Coffee Roasters is a family-owned small business located in the picturesque town of Madison, Georgia. Our story began nearly two decades ago, rooted in a passion for exceptional coffee. We are dedicated to providing a consistent and memorable coffee experience, and we believe that every sip of our coffee should be a delightful journey from the farm to the cup. Our Vision

At Oconee Coffee Roasters, we believe in the simple, natural elegance and beauty of coffee. Our vision is to heighten this experience by sourcing green beans in their peak freshness from farms in some of the most breathtaking landscapes around the globe. We then expertly roast the coffee to its highest potential, revealing its unique character profile.

Coffee Essentials

Our cafe offers a variety of expertly crafted coffee beverages, from classic drip brews to rich espresso drinks. We invite you to explore our coffee essentials, which include:

• Southern Classic Blend ($18): Our deepest roast profile, the Southern Classic Blend consists of a 50/50 blend of Colombia and Ethiopia. Enjoy sweet, complex, and vibrant espresso shots or deep notes of dark chocolate, molasses, and dried fruit with a creamy/syrupy mouthfeel when brewing at home.
• Oconee Blend ($18): This harmonious blend of Colombian and two Ethiopian coffees results in a syrupy, vibrantly sweet, and satisfyingly smooth cup. With a medium roast profile, it's ideal for cold-brew and excellent for drip-brew.
• Decaf - Huila, Colombia ($18): This natural process decaf uses a solvent of ethyl acetate, derived from fermented sugar. The result is a rich chocolate cake, raisin, and maple syrup flavor with a super clean and smooth mouthfeel. An excellent partner for desserts after evening supper.

• Tuesday-Thursday: 7am-2pm
• Friday-Saturday: 7am-4pm
• Sunday and Monday: CLOSED

In addition to our coffee, we also offer a selection of tea, treats, brewing supplies, and OCR merchandise.
