Northeast Pointe

United Property Management (UPM) is a family-owned and operated company that has been managing quality, affordable housing for families and seniors throughout North Carolina since 1999. With over 2,000 rental units across the state, UPM offers a range of one, two, three, and four-bedroom floorplans in its properties, which are located in Western NC, Charlotte/Piedmont, Raleigh-Durham, Eastern NC, and Northeastern NC.

In addition to offering a variety of floorplans, UPM properties also come with a variety of amenities, which can vary by property. However, all UPM properties include water, sewer, and trash pickup in the monthly rent. We have a proven track record of successfully managing rental communities and have extensive knowledge and experience with tax credit program requirements. We utilize a variety of tools, including Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), to deliver high-quality, sustainable housing options.

Our organization, which includes Mills Construction Company of S.C., Inc.
