Overholt Construction, Inc. (OCI) is a full-service commercial construction company based in Jesup, Georgia. We have been proudly serving Southeast Georgia since 1999, providing top-notch renovation and new construction services to our clients. Our company's roots in construction date back to 1969 when Stan and Jonathan's father started residential construction in Virginia. In 1999, Stan Overholt made the transition from residential to commercial construction, founding OCI and establishing our reputation for delivering superior commercial construction services.

Meet Our Team

At Overholt Construction, Inc., we pride ourselves on our dedicated and experienced team members. Here's a brief introduction to our key personnel:

• Stan Overholt, Founder and President: With a strong background in construction and a passion for delivering excellent results, Stan founded OCI in 1999. He is committed to ensuring that each project is completed to the highest standards of quality.
• Jonathan Overholt, Vice-President and Operations Manager: As a seasoned construction management professional, Jonathan joined OCI in 2011. He plays a crucial role in overseeing the company's day-to-day operations as well as managing individual projects.
• Marylou Hershberger, Office Manager: With OCI since 1999, Marylou manages all accounts receivable and payable details for the company. Her expertise ensures that our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Jason Aspinwall, Construction Manager/Job Superintendent: Jason holds a degree in construction management and has worked in the construction industry since 2001. He joined OCI in 2015 and is a Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC), contributing his knowledge and skills to each healthcare project we undertake.
• Daniel Denney, Construction Manager/Job Superintendent: Daniel joined OCI in 2019 with a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson College. He brings fresh ideas and a strong work ethic to our team, managing projects and ensuring quality workmanship.
• Ashton Overholt, Job Superintendent: Ashton joined OCI in 2019 as a Job Superintendent and has a solid understanding of construction principles, thanks to his hands-on experience in the field.
• Clay Overholt, Job Superintendent: Clay started managing jobs for OCI in 2020, leveraging his skills to ensure that each project is completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.
• David King, Job Superintendent: With OCI since 2016, David has built a strong reputation for proactive problem-solving and ensuring quality workmanship.
• Redius Spell, Job Superintendent: Redius joined the OCI team in 2017, contributing his expertise in managing projects and maintaining positive relationships with subcontractors.
• Sean Overholt, Site Superintendent: Sean's mechanical know-how and practical experience make him an integral part of the OCI team, overseeing the day-to-day progress of our projects.
• Garrett Overholt, Job Superintendent: With a strong foundation in business management from the University of Georgia, Garrett brings a strong work ethic and solid understanding of construction project management to OCI.

At Overholt Construction, Inc., it's crucial to work collaboratively with our subcontractors to achieve consistent quality workmanship and products. While our subcontractors are not OCI employees, we hold them to the same high standards, knowing they are essential to each project's success.
