Our RV park is located in the California Tri-City Area of Oceanside, Vista, and Carlsbad, providing the perfect location for your winter getaway. Olive Avenue RV Resort is situated in Northwestern San Diego County, an area known for its great weather and endless attractions.

We are proud to offer 60 concrete, full hook-up RV sites, complete with pull-through and back-in sites that feature 30/50 Amp service, septic, water, WiFi, and cable TV. Our RV park boasts paved roads and first-class amenities, including a dog run, clubhouse with a partial kitchen, recreation room, WiFi in the RV resort, free cable TV, a heated pool and spa, restrooms and showers, app-powered laundry, mail service for guests, and handicap accessibility. We welcome winter snowbirds and are pet-friendly, making us the perfect destination for your next RV adventure.

We offer low rates for daily stays, and active military, fire, and police receive an extra 10% off on daily rates.
