Our story began on March 01, 2018, when John and Krista, two passionate fitness enthusiasts with over 20 years of combined experience in the industry, decided to open their own locally-owned and operated store in Coralville, IA.

Our Expertise

John and Krista, our founders, have over 10 years of experience each in the fitness industry. John has been on the supplement/sports nutrition side of the industry, while Krista has been on the fitness/personal training side. This combined expertise allows us to provide personalized guidance and support to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Our Store

Our store is conveniently located at 2445 2nd Street Unit 2, Coralville, IA 52241. We're open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm and Saturday to Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is always happy to help you find the right products and answer any questions you may have.
