Our Capabilities

Our state-of-the-art machining equipment from Mazak enables us to produce high-quality products with precision and accuracy. Our machines range from Integrex 5-axis mill-turn centers to Multiplex dual spindle, dual turret machines, and thirteen automated gantry loading/unloading turning centers. We can turn anywhere from 0.5'' to 14'' diameters on any kind of bar stock, castings, and forgings. Our mills have a 41" x 20" x 20" capacity. We also have a range of support equipment, including Tsune auto load cold saws, 6-ton Oilgear broach, and Pro-Pen marking machines.

Quality Assurance

Our quality department is equipped with state-of-the-art inspection equipment, including 3D scanning automatic Zeiss Duramax CMM's, Mitutoyo Crysta-Plus M574, and a Brown & Sharpe Gage 2000 CMM. All our quality assurance equipment is kept in top working condition, calibrated, and traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in accordance with our quality assurance manual. We are certified to the internationally recognized standard for aerospace Quality Management Systems, AS9100D, and our Quality Management System undergoes continuous improvement to ensure we provide the highest levels of quality and dependability for our customers.

Our Legacy

Ziese Products was founded by Richard Ziese in 1990 as a one-man operation in a 2,000 sq ft facility. Over the years, we have grown and expanded, moving to a 15,625 sq ft facility in 2007 and then to our current 72,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility. We have continuously re-invested our profits into the company, improving our facilities, equipment, and employee benefits. Today, we are proud to be a leading precision CNC machine shop that delivers exceptional quality and value to our customers.
