Dawson Real Estate has been serving the real estate needs of our South Coast friends and newcomers since 1978. Our Story

Our founder, Sandra Dawson, was motivated to enter the real estate industry by her passion for helping others and her desire to build a successful business. With a background in nursing, Sandra decided to take the real estate exam and eventually opened her own brokerage in 1978. Throughout the years, Sandra's dedication and expertise have earned Dawson Real Estate an impressive reputation in the industry.

Our Leadership

Today, Dawson Real Estate is led by Sandra's children, Sandy Dawson Galavotti and Patrick Dawson, who have taken the reins from their mother. Sandy, our Co-Owner/Broker of Record, has a background in finance and investments and has been a consistent Top Producer for over 20 years. Patrick, our Co-Owner/Director, has a background in education and government service and has been a Top Producer for more than 15 years.
