Our journey began when Dan Mencini started painting during the summers as he was a school teacher. He enjoyed the customers, work, and being his own boss so much, that he went full-time in 1984. Over the years, we have had up to five full-time workers, but now it is just Dan and his son Jason, who has been painting for 10 years. Our main work is residential re-paints; we enjoy the customers and like to help out with color selection. We consider our customers as business friends and are proud of our referral business.

We have painted almost any type of surface and know the best products to give the customer the longest lasting job. We want to give our customers a great paint job; from the first paint stroke to the last, we want every aspect of our work to be excellent. It is the little things that we do, such as caulking, taping, covering up, that give our jobs a clean finished look. We also do some work for associations and light commercial work.

The biggest difference with our company is that we are a family business that also does the work. Some of the work we enjoy the most is move in and move out where a lot of painting is needed. We have the experience to know what to do and the skill to get in and out in a timely manner.

Exterior Painting: We specialize in repaints of residential homes, small commercial jobs, and condominium associations. We handle all painting projects related to these fields. Fences, decks, shed, and whole or part of the house.

Interior Painting: From the moment we step inside your home, protection of your property is our main concern. Tarps are used to cover flooring and furniture. Protection of baseboards, siderails from being painted.

Deck Painting: We have been staining and painting decks for many years now. Deck technology has changed through the years. For many years people were told to let their deck season before applying sealer or deck stain.

Community Involvement

Even though we are a small company, we have had a global outlook. At first, it was coaching teams and helping with school events. We also devoted time to the Cuyahoga Falls Marching band. We have given to and been a part of work in this and other countries. As a family, we sponsored a child in Uganda all the way thru her graduation. Dan had the opportunity to visit this family at their home. Dan has organized meetings in Bulgaria, Kenya, Tanzania, India, Chile, and here in the United States. We have had up to a 100,000 people attend these meetings in one night. We have been a part of the gospel going into Iran. When we started Iran had 65 million Muslims and almost no Christians, today there are over 8 million believers in this country. For 15 years we have been going into Juvenile Detention centers and sharing a vision for a better way of life.

I was not raised as a believer in God, but at 25 turned my life over to Him to use. I believe that if we don't confront darkness in some area of our life, it will come to our front door sooner than later. People say "what can one person do?" I say "a lot".
