Our team consists of Mary Ann, Suzanne, and Cheryl, each bringing their unique skills and strengths to the table. Our Story

Mary Ann Martello, the founder of MSC Custom Picture Framing, didn't always plan on becoming a frame store owner. However, in 2003, her husband's company relocated to Connecticut, and they were faced with a tough decision. Instead of moving, they decided to take a leap of faith and start their own business. In 2004, they bought a framing franchise, and Mary Ann handled the business and sales, while her husband Alex used his background in Industrial Arts to frame. Over time, Mary Ann brought in Suzanne and Cheryl, who took over as the custom framers. Today, Mary Ann has decided to leave the franchise and form MSC Custom Picture Framing, driven by her desire to create a fun and creative atmosphere where customers can feel comfortable and inspired.

Cheryl, with her 40 years of experience in framing, adds her creativity and attention to detail to every piece that leaves the shop. Together, we're dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and creating breathtaking custom frames that exceed our customers' expectations.
