Gerald Colen has extensive experience in areas such as elder law, asset protection, planning for individuals and business owners, special local government issues, simple and complex estate planning, real property and title insurance law, wills, trusts, and probate. He has also served as the City Attorney for the City of St. Pete Beach for 25 years.

Rachel M. Wagoner

Mrs. Wagoner's experience covers a broad range of real estate law and estate planning, including assisting clients in purchases, sales and leases of property, assisting in foreclosures and workouts; advising on questions of condominium law and much more.

John N. Beck

John N. Beck's areas of expertise include Estate Planning, Taxes, and Corporate Business Law. He has experience planning for high net-worth individuals, and complex charitable planning. John stays active in education, routinely publishing articles and giving webinars to both clients and practitioners alike.
