Public Employees Credit Union (PECU) is a financial cooperative that has been serving its members since 1952. Our story began with the vision of providing a membership-based financial institution that puts the needs of our members first. Over the years, we have evolved to become a multi-service financial institution that offers a wide range of products and services to our members.

Our Services

At PECU, we offer a wide range of services to our members, including checking and savings accounts, certificates of deposit, individual retirement accounts, consumer loans, and equity real estate loans. We also offer a range of calculators and tools to help our members make informed financial decisions.

Checking and Savings Accounts

Our Regular Share Accounts can be established with a deposit of only $25.00 and offer dividends that are calculated on a daily basis and paid quarterly. Our 3-30 Investment Account requires a minimum balance of $500.00 and pays dividends monthly. Additionally, we offer Share Draft (Checking) Accounts that are offered without any minimum balance requirements or monthly service fees.

Certificates of Deposit

Our Certificates of Deposit are available in terms ranging from one to three years with a minimum deposit of only $1,000.00. Dividends are paid quarterly.

Individual Retirement Accounts

Our Individual Retirement Accounts, both Traditional and Roth, feature no fees and very competitive dividend rates. We can help process your rollover or direct transfer.

Consumer Loans

Our Consumer Loans include vehicle, boat, recreational vehicle, motorcycle, and other loans offered at competitive rates and terms.

Equity Real Estate Loans

Our Equity Real Estate Loans are offered for any purpose utilizing the equity in your home and feature a low fixed rate of interest and minimal costs. Terms are for up to 15 years and the interest paid may be tax deductible.

Unsecured Credit

Our Unsecured Credit is available through signature loans or our attractive MasterCard program, which features a low fixed rate of interest and minimal costs.

At PECU, we take the security of your personal and financial information seriously. We have implemented robust fraud prevention measures to protect your information.
