The Process

We follow a detailed process that begins with consultation and planning. This involves discussing design and budget with our clients and design team to develop a comprehensive plan. Once the project is approved, we move into the pre-construction phase, where we receive a pre-construction retainer and prepare a detailed proposal. Throughout the construction process, we maintain open communication to ensure that every aspect of the project stays on track.
