Private Home Services
As a homeowner, we know that your vacation home experience is just as important to you as it is to us. From meticulous property inspections to arrival prep and departure service, house cleaning, lawn and landscape maintenance, and home maintenance, we've got you covered.
- Customized Property Inspections: Our experienced professionals will conduct a thorough visual inspection of the interior and exterior of your home to detect any potential issues before they become major problems.
- Arrival Prep & Departure Service: Arrive to a warm, well-lit home with a stocked fridge, bar, and pre-heated hot tub. Upon departure, we'll take care of dishes, beds, trash/recycling, furnace, heater, and hot tub.
- House Cleaning: Our bonded and insured cleaning professionals will keep your home spotless. Choose from a range of custom services to meet your needs for special occasions, seasonal deep cleanings, professional carpet or window cleaning, and detailing throughout the house.
HOA Services
As a property management company, we understand the importance of providing exceptional service to homeowners' associations. Our services include:
- Accounting Services & Reports: We maintain complete, accurate, and timely financial statements, so you can make sound decisions.
- Annual Meetings: We will prepare and mail notices and proxies to all unit owners prior to the meeting, assist the Chair in conducting the meeting, and assist in scheduling a third-party to take meeting minutes.
- Budgets: With input from the Board of Directors and the prior budgets, we develop an annual budget proposal to present to the Board for approval.
- Board Reports: Prior to Board meetings, every Board member will receive a detailed report that includes complete financial statements, maintenance reports, and copies of all current correspondence and any bids or contracts.
- Project Management: We will develop specifications and obtain at least three bids for each Board-approved project. We will oversee the contractors and ensure that the work is done to the Board's expectations and within the expected time frame.
