After nearly forty years of dedicated service, Marvin Maizel retired in 2012, passing the torch to his eldest son, Michael Maizel, who had been working alongside him for several decades. Michael, in turn, collaborated with his longtime business partner, Michael Watson, to continue the legacy of Maizel Construction, expanding its reach and services under the newly formed W & M Contracting.
