Design and Workmanship
Tom's work on the retaining wall in front of Lori Teachum's fence was praised for being "beautiful" and "curvy". Clyde Wheeler's stone patio installation was also commended for being done "excellent work" at a "reasonable price".
Maintenance and Lifespan
Lori Teachum mentioned that the pavers required minimal maintenance, only needing to be cleaned with a pressure washer. However, Alison Putnam's patio has shown signs of wear, with stones falling off and rolling under the deck.
Customer Service
Alison Putnam expressed dissatisfaction with the company's customer service, stating that they did not return calls or emails despite having a "lifetime guarantee". She even had to send multiple emails, including one with pictures, without receiving a response. Charles King also mentioned that it was difficult to get in touch with the company.
Price and Value
Clyde Wheeler mentioned that the price for the stone patio installation was reasonable. However, Charles King stated that the work went over budget.
