Our Capabilities

With over 20,000 square feet of manufacturing space, we operate two facilities equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and equipment to handle a wide range of machining processes, including production machining, prototype machining, and dock-to-stock supply. Our capabilities include CNC lathe and milling machining, Swiss screw machining, wire EDM, and more.

Our Expertise

Our fully staffed engineering department is equipped with the latest 3D CAD-CAM software, including Mastercam and Solidworks, to support the development and prototyping of our customers' projects. Our equipment includes 14 CNC lathes with live tooling, 14 vertical CNC milling centers with 4th axis, 3 CNC horizontal machining centers with 4th and 5th axis, and much more.

Inspection and Quality Assurance

We maintain a comprehensive inspection and quality assurance process, utilizing advanced equipment such as programmable CMMs, optical comparators, and 2D and 3D measurement systems. Our inspectors are trained and certified to ensure that every part meets our high standards of quality and precision.

Our Team

Our team of experts includes a strong leadership team with a wealth of experience in the manufacturing industry. Our owner and president, Rockford Hettinger, has over 30 years of experience in the precision machining industry, while our CEO, Kathleen Hettinger, has over 20 years of experience in management and operations.
