We are a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school located in Garwood, NJ, dedicated to teaching the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Grappling, and Self-Defense. Our Services

Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are designed to teach students the art of controlling and submitting opponents using leverage and technique. For our more mature students, we have our Executive Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program, which is designed to provide a less intense and more age-appropriate training environment. We also have classes specifically designed for kids, women, and those looking to learn self-defense techniques.
