Our Facility & Amenities

Located on a beautiful grassy field overlooking Pemaquid Lake, our rustic barn is over 100 years old and has been meticulously restored to preserve its natural charm. Our facility boasts an array of amenities, including:

• Two indoor bathrooms for ease and convenience
• A kitchen prep area with refrigerator and sink for catering and event planning
• An upstairs loft that can be used as a bridal suite, seating or lounge area
• Option for onsite accommodations, including our waterfront lakehouse, 6 cabins, and RV/tent campsites
• Multiple outdoor ceremony sites available on the grounds, including our field and lakefront
• Use of field across from barn for tent, lawn games, and other activities
• Parking area for guests
• 6-Passenger golf cart for transportation
• Access to the barn and property from Friday at 12 noon until Sunday at 12 noon
• Round tables and white chairs for up to 100 guests
• Outdoor stage area for music and entertainment
• Fire pit area next to the barn for cozy gatherings

Accommodations

Our lakehouse sleeps 8-10 guests and features a private dock, full kitchen, and comfortable living areas. For those seeking a more rustic experience, our wood cabins sleep 6 and offer stunning water views. Each cabin features a full kitchen, bathroom with stall shower, and comfortable sleeping arrangements.
