Recycling phones helps reduce the amount of waste in landfills and allows us to provide affordable devices to our customers. We fully guarantee our phones for 30 days and offer trade-ins for your old devices.

Lifetime Warranty

CommCentral guarantees all repairs for the lifetime of your device. Our lifetime warranty covers any repaired or replaced parts that malfunction or do not work as intended or designed. Our warranty is limited to the parts and/or services that were paid for. If only parts were purchased, our warranty is limited to the replacement of the parts. If parts and repair service were purchased, the warranty extends to cover the labor cost of part replacement and any other repairs specifically resulting from the initial repair, except in the situations outlined below.

CommCentral, Inc. is not responsible for loss of profit or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damage occurring during or after device service. Our Lifetime Warranty does NOT cover iPhone 12 series and iPhone 13 series repairs. These repairs come with a standard 30 day warranty, which does not cover cracks or water damage. Our warranty does not protect against:

• Subsequent mishandling
• External causes of damage, including but not limited to:

+ Water damage

+ Damage caused by dropping the device

+ Damage caused by exposure to excessive heat or cold
