Questions
What architectural styles do you specialize in?
We create custom designs tailored to client needs rather than adhering to specific styles. Our portfolio includes modern luxury, mid-century revival, coastal contemporary, and adaptive reuse projects that respond organically to their environments.
How does the design process work?
Our process begins with lifestyle analysis and site assessment, followed by conceptual design, material selection, and construction documentation. We maintain continuous client collaboration through regular reviews and transparent communication at every project phase.
Do you handle both residential and commercial projects?
Yes, we offer comprehensive design services for both residential (custom homes, renovations) and commercial (restaurants, galleries, retail) projects, applying our signature spatial principles to create functional, inspiring environments for all project types.
What sustainability practices do you incorporate?
We integrate passive solar design, energy-efficient systems, and locally sourced materials where possible. Our team provides LEED certification guidance and specializes in creating net-zero energy potential through strategic building orientation and material selection.
How are project timelines managed?
We develop detailed schedules during pre-construction planning, typically allocating 4-6 months for design development and 12-24 months for construction. Our team employs digital modeling tools to maintain schedule accuracy and minimize delays through proactive coordination.
