Cheryl Smith, the primary designer and founder of CSA, brings an unparalleled level of dedication and enthusiasm to every project. As a great listener, Cheryl works closely with clients to understand their goals, desires, and obstacles. Her strong project management skills ensure that each project moves along persistently yet efficiently. Loyalty is a core value for Cheryl, as she cultivates lasting relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors. When not working, she cherishes time with her grandkids, works at the family farm, cooks, walks, and loves shopping.

Jenna Nelson - Designer

Jenna Nelson, a talented designer at CSA, takes immense pride in delivering an unmatched client experience. She is committed to ensuring clear communication among all parties involved to avoid losing or forgetting essential details and to promote a cohesive design vision. Jenna's creativity sets her apart, with a unique perspective that generates inspiring new ideas and designs for every project. Her exceptional sense of time management ensures that deadlines are met without fail. On warm weekends, Jenna can be found kayaking or backpacking around Lake Keowee with her husband.

Caitlyn Matson - Design Associate

Caitlyn, fondly known as Cait, is a passionate design associate with a strong foundation in central North Carolina's art and design culture. Drawing inspiration from travel, nature, and the relationships she holds dear, Cait excels at creating innovative design solutions that uplift and inspire. Growing up on a 60-acre farm, she isn't afraid to get her hands dirty to help clients through even the most significant challenges. During her free time, Cait enjoys outdoor adventures with friends and family, from hiking to one-wheeling and everything in between.

Jayne Williamson - Office Manager

Jayne, the dedicated Office Manager/Purchasing Coordinator at CSA, utilizes her diverse background to support the team and clients. Her keen interest in the art of interior design and the various components that make a project successful ensures that nothing slips through the cracks. Jayne and her husband have enjoyed motorcycling and camping around the country, expanding their horizons and soaking up the beauty of the great outdoors.

Lisa White - Finance Manager

Lisa, the Financial Manager, applies her lifelong love of designing spaces to the CSA team. As a native New Yorker with a great sense of humor and a laid-back personality, she is well-suited for managing the ups and downs of project finances. Since moving to North Carolina, she has dedicated her free time to enjoying the beautiful climate and scenery, tackling projects and home improvements, and hanging out with her family, friends, and dogs.

Grace Testaverde - Librarian & Project Manager

A dedicated and resourceful team member, Grace Testaverde serves as the CSA Librarian and Project Manager. With exceptional organizational skills and 12+ years of administrative experience, she helps maintain the office and upholds the design team's creativity. Grace has a strong interest in interior design, constantly seeking opportunities to expand her knowledge and skills. Her diverse hobbies, such as making custom wreaths, crocheting, and raising chickens, reflect her creativity and willingness to embrace new experiences.
