Our Team

Our team consists of James ("Jimmy") B. Franklin and Rebecca Franklin Harris, father-daughter duo who have spent their careers fighting for the rights of individuals and families. Jimmy, a highly experienced lawyer, has been practicing law in the State of Georgia since 1964, holding virtually every leadership position in the Georgia legal profession. Rebecca, a specialist in consumer rights and product safety, is retained by clients and law firms across the country to assist in complex litigation.
