Are you available for pet emergencies?
We handle emergencies during business hours. For after-hours emergencies, we coordinate with UGA Veterinary Teaching Hospital for continuous care.
What are your office hours?
We're open Monday-Wednesday 8am-6pm, Thursday-Friday 8am-5pm, and Saturday 8am-12pm. Closed Sundays and major holidays.
How do cancellation policies work?
Surgical appointments require 48-hour cancellation notice. Non-procedural appointments need 24-hour notice. Missed appointments may incur fees up to $150.
Do you offer after-hours care?
While we don't provide 24/7 on-site care, we partner with UGA Veterinary Teaching Hospital for after-hours emergency services and ICU transfers.
