About Martin Rosenbaum

Martin Rosenbaum is a highly experienced Canadian lawyer who has practiced in the areas of corporate and commercial law, litigation, and human resource law. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the Ontario and Canadian Labour Relations Boards. With a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University in 1982, a Bachelor of Civil Law in 1986, and a Bachelor of Laws in 1986, Martin has the education and expertise to handle complex legal matters.

Martin has also attended the Harvard Law School Negotiation Workshop in 2005 and served as an instructor for the Bar Admission Course at the Law Society of Upper Canada from 1991 to 2001. He was a member of the Ontario Superior Court, Commercial List User's Committee from 2003 to 2010 and served as the former Chairman of the Ontario Chapter of the American Chamber of Commerce in Canada from 2008 to 2011.
