Septic Pumping
Regular septic tank pumping prevents system failures and extends lifespan. Our trucks with 200+ ft hoses access tanks from driveways, minimizing lawn damage. We recommend pumping every 2-3 years depending on usage. Emergency pumping available 24/7 with immediate response.
Septic Repair
We diagnose and repair septic system failures including clogged drains, broken pipes, and failing drain fields. Our certified technicians use video cameras to identify issues and perform excavations with rubber-tracked equipment to protect landscapes. Emergency repairs completed same-day.
Real Estate Inspection
NAWT-certified inspections include tank entry, video pipe analysis, and comprehensive reporting. We identify potential failures that could cost $5,000-$20,000 to fix. Required for most Vermont real estate transactions, our inspections help buyers avoid unexpected expenses.
Portable Toilets
Partnering with 802 Restrooms, we supply sanitized portable toilets and ADA-compliant units for construction sites and events. Our low-profile pump trucks service units without disrupting events. Biodegradable chemicals ensure environmental safety during temporary sanitation needs.
Commercial Pumping
We service high-volume commercial septic systems including car washes, restaurants, and mobile home parks. Our 24/7 emergency response handles pump station failures and sewer disruptions. Confined space certification ensures safe maintenance of large-scale systems.
