Our team is led by Teresa Brannon, a fourth-generation North Floridian whose passion for real estate runs in the family. Her great grandfather Brince Brannon was a licensed Realtor who got his start back in the 1940s. Teresa has worked as a licensed Realtor in North Florida for 18 years. After 13 years in the real estate business, Teresa became a real estate broker and formed her own company. Today, Brannon Real Estate has a team of Realtors who were born in North Florida or have called the region home for most of their lives.
