Speech Therapy Group is more than just a clinic; we are a family dedicated to helping individuals of all ages overcome communication and swallowing impairments. Our journey began in July 2004 with Melanie Olson Giles, our founder and Clinic Director, who was the sole clinician at the time. Fast forward to today, and we have grown into the largest private practice on the North Shore, employing a team of experienced clinicians and a full-time practice manager and billing team. Our success is not just about the numbers; it's about the unyielding commitment we have made to our clients and the community we serve.

• Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC): We are well-versed in using advanced technologies like Dynavox systems and iPad apps to help individuals with complex communication needs.
• Functional Communication Training: Our expertise in using the Picture Exchange Communication Systems (PECS) and principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) helps us tailor training programs that empower individuals with Autism and other communication deficits.
• Head and Neck Cancer, Voice, and Swallowing: Our team includes LSVT certified professionals who can help manage motor-speech disorders, including apraxia, fluency, and articulation issues.
• Communication, Language, and Social Skills: We focus on developing these skills in our clients, enhancing their ability to navigate personal and professional relationships with confidence.
• Voice Disorders: Our specialists are trained to address a wide range of voice disorders, from gender reassignment to muscle tension, ensuring that each client's unique needs are met.
