We have been welcoming travelers to Down East Maine since 1954. Our family-run motel and cabins offer clean, affordable accommodations between Acadia National Park and Canada. Clint and I, Marla, serve as your hosts, drawing on decades of experience in hospitality and local knowledge. Clint previously worked with County Concrete for 37 years, while I was born in Jonesport and built my career in hospitality. We continue the legacy of previous owners Tammie and Robert Alley, who modernized the property with satellite TV and fiber-optic WiFi. Our commitment to maintaining a clean, quiet, and comfortable environment has made us a recurring destination for many guests.We offer both motel rooms and cabins, all featuring private baths, air conditioning, WiFi, and satellite TV. Complimentary homemade blueberry muffins and coffee are available each morning. Our outdoor pool operates seasonally from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. during warm weather months. We enforce a strict non-smoking policy to accommodate guests with allergies. Some rooms and cabins accommodate pets for an additional fee.

Our cabins provide cozy, self-contained lodging with private bathrooms, air conditioning, satellite TV, and high-speed internet. Multiple configurations available including basic cabins, efficiency models with kitchenettes, and family-sized units with sleeping arrangements for up to four guests.
Outdoor Pool
A refreshing outdoor swimming pool operates during warm months, open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The facility maintains regular cleaning and chemical balance monitoring to ensure guest safety and enjoyment throughout the season.
Pet-friendly Lodging
We welcome pets in designated rooms and cabins for an additional $20 fee per stay. Pet-friendly units feature easy-clean flooring and exterior access while maintaining our standard non-smoking policy across all properties.
Free Breakfast
Every morning from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., guests receive complimentary homemade blueberry muffins and premium coffee at our main office. This family recipe highlights local Maine blueberry flavors, served fresh daily during business hours.

What is included in your room rates?
All rooms include private bath, AC, WiFi, satellite TV, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Free blueberry muffins served 7-9 a.m.
Do you allow pets in your accommodations?
Yes, select rooms and cabins accept pets for an additional $20 fee per stay. Non-smoking policy applies universally.
What are pool operating hours?

How are extra guests charged?
Rates based on double occupancy. Additional guests charged $5 per person per night for up to 4 occupants per room.

Yes, duplex rooms #9 and #10 can be rented separately or connected for group accommodations. All other rooms are individual.
Are your seasonal rates adjusted for different periods?
In-season rates apply June 15 through Labor Day weekend. Off-season rates available year-round, with some variations.
