We offer a flat fee schedule for our Estate Planning services, including Core Estate Plan, Core Estate Plan and Revocable Trust to Avoid Probate, Core Estate Plan and Revocable Trust to Avoid Probate and Provide for Minor Children, Core Estate Plan and Revocable Trust to Minimize Estate Tax, and Core Estate Plan and Revocable Trust to Avoid Probate with Planning for Minor Children and Estate Tax Minimization. We also offer fees for Conveyance of Real Estate to Trust, Declaration of Homestead, and other related services.
