At Hotshots Gymnastics, we believe in children and help them believe in themselves! Our mission is to encourage participation and pursue excellence in all aspects of gymnastics. We provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can take the mental, physical, and social risks required for growth.

Our Philosophy

We believe that gymnastics is the ideal movement program to develop the total body awareness that is essential for cognitive development as well as forming the foundation for many other sports. Our philosophy is to provide a great foundation for children to develop coordination, flexibility, strength, and power. We focus on teaching children the skills and behavior that will enable them to effectively master their environment, building high self-esteem and confidence along the way.

Our Services

At Hotshots Gymnastics, we offer a wide range of services designed to cater to the needs of children of all ages and skill levels. Our classes are grouped according to age and ability, with small group instruction to ensure maximum development of each individual. We provide a personalized and individualized approach to teaching, recognizing that all children are unique and learn in different ways.

Our services include recreational gymnastics classes, competitive teams, camps, birthday parties, and more. We also offer special programs and events throughout the year, such as our Early Bird Special, which provides a 10% discount for month of September sign-ups.

Our Facility

Our state-of-the-art facility is located at 27 Adams Ct, Plainview, NY 11803. We have recently moved to a larger part of the facility, providing an even better experience for our students. Our new gym features air conditioning, a much more open feel, and the latest and best gymnastics equipment on Long Island.
