Our Team

Our team is led by Sean Dexter, Principal Biologist & Archaeologist, who has over three decades of experience in project management, biology, and archaeology. Our President/Manager, Kathryn Monroy-Dexter, brings over 20 years of experience in municipal government program development, staffing, and project management. Together, our team is committed to delivering exceptional results and exceeding our clients' expectations.
