Management Issues

The apartments themselves are in disrepair, with issues like leaky faucets, faulty appliances, and poor insulation.
Apartment Conditions
The apartments are described as nasty, with holes in the walls, black mold in the bathroom, and overall poor cleanliness. Tenants have to clean the apartments themselves, including removing dog fur, dust, and other debris left behind by previous tenants.
Amenities
The laundry facilities are consistently dirty and filled with dog and cat hair. The gym and hot tub are broken, and the pool is often dirty. The water heater, AC, and heat are frequently broken, leaving tenants without essential services.
Lack of Care for Residents
The management team is seen as uncaring and unresponsive to the needs of their residents. They seem more concerned with collecting rent than addressing the numerous issues that plague the complex.
