Roots on 9th was founded in 2016 by Jamie Hemenway-Peotter and her husband Mark Peotter. With a degree in Interior Design and over 14 years of experience in the floral industry, Jamie brings a unique perspective to floral design. Inspired by the beauty of nature and the importance of textures, Jamie and her team create arrangements that are both unique and timeless.
