Some customers had difficulties with communication and customer service at Sutter Pharmacy. Tarvinder Singh and Lady Hall both gave the pharmacy a 1-star rating due to rude and condescending behavior from some staff members. Tarvinder mentioned that the owner gave poor advice, while Lady Hall's mom was hung up on and spoken to like a child. Lani Dal Porto was also treated poorly by pharmacist Anu, who yelled at her instead of addressing the issue calmly.
