Our Land Surveying Services
- ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey - This is the most comprehensive type of survey, covering all aspects of the boundary survey and improvement location and identification for any additional evidence of possession or use that could be adverse to the interests of the purchaser. This type of survey is typically performed on commercial property due to the expense involved.
- Boundary Improvement Survey - A boundary survey of the subject property is made, and the property corners are located and verified or reset. The improvements on the property are located, and encroachments onto or from the subject property are determined. This survey can be used by the property owner for the construction of a fence or other improvement.
- Flood Elevation Certificates - A certificate that shows the elevation of a structure in relation to the base flood elevation (BFE) or a designated floodplain. This certificate is used by insurance companies to determine the cost of flood insurance for a particular property.
- Flood Services - We offer a range of flood services, including floodplain mapping and analysis, floodplain permitting, and floodplain mitigation.
- Historical Maps and Land Use - We can provide historical maps and information on past land use for a particular property.
