Perspectives Counseling and Consultation is a mental health practice dedicated to helping adults navigate the challenges of life and find fulfillment in their personal and professional lives. At Perspectives Counseling and Consultation, we strive to create a safe and supportive space where our clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgment. We believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change, and we are dedicated to helping our clients unlock their potential and live the lives they deserve.
Our Services
We offer a range of services designed to help our clients achieve their goals and overcome the challenges they face. Our services include:
- Individual counseling: We provide one-on-one counseling sessions for adults who are struggling with a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions. Our approach is collaborative and person-centered, meaning that we work closely with our clients to understand their needs and help them develop the skills and strategies they need to achieve their goals.
- Online teletherapy sessions: In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are currently providing online teletherapy sessions for our clients' safety and convenience. These sessions are conducted via a secure video platform and are just as effective as in-person sessions.
- Limited openings: We have very limited openings for new clients, so we encourage anyone who is interested in our services to reach out to us as soon as possible.
