Our journey began in Whitefish, Montana, where Darrell honed his skills on a fluid-bed roaster at a local coffee shop. Tracy, with her boundless creativity and entrepreneurship, added her unique vision to the mix. Their connection, forged amidst discussions about the transformative power of specialty coffee, sparked the entrepreneurial flame.

Driven by a commitment to quality and sustainability, we meticulously roast each batch of beans in small batches using a Sivetz fluid bed roaster. This meticulous approach allows us to extract the nuanced flavors and aromas, producing exceptional cups of coffee. We source our beans from diverse origins, ensuring a diverse range of flavors and aromas for your enjoyment.
