St. Francis High School is a Catholic, college preparatory school for boys in grades 9-12, located in La Canada, California. Since its establishment in 1946 by the Capuchin Franciscan friars, St. Francis has been committed to enriching the minds and hearts of its students, strengthening respect through service and humility, creating a brotherhood, and fostering virtuous and peaceful men. The school also has a strong visual and performing arts program, with opportunities for students to participate in chorus, drumline/PIT ensemble, fine arts, graphic design, mass media productions, theater productions, and KNIT live stream.
Athletics at St. Francis High School
St. Francis High School has a strong athletic program, with 31 teams that compete in the CIF Southern Section. The school offers a wide variety of sports, including baseball, basketball, cross country, football, golf, lacrosse, soccer, swimming and diving, tennis, track and field, volleyball, water polo, and wrestling.
