Meet Our Team

Our team is led by Drew Swain, a licensed and insured Commercial and Residential Building Contractor and Real Estate Broker, with extensive experience in the industry. Our interior designer, Kacee Swain, has a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality, and will work with you to create a beautifully finished interior. Tyler Swain, our superintendent, oversees all of our construction projects, and is a licensed Real Estate agent, selling what we build. Don Williams, our project manager, brings nearly 35 years of experience in all aspects of construction, and Nick Simchick, our field superintendent, has worked in construction for 20 years, ensuring that every project meets our high standards.
