Meet Our Team

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service. Jerry Ramshaw serves as our President, overseeing the property management operations. Cindy Miller-Lay and Jay Ramshaw act as Property Managers, focusing on residential and commercial properties respectively. Meredith Ramshaw-Butts also plays a key role in property management. For commercial properties, John Carson, Jordan Dunahee, and Marty Smith form our brokerage team, handling listings, sales, and property management.
