Our story starts in a basement, where founder Gary Shilling first discovered his love for winemaking. With guidance from his friend, Gary Rhodes, he honed his skills, crafting delightful wines that quickly gained local recognition. As his passion grew, Gary recognized the need for formal training and embarked on a journey of continuous learning. Sharing his knowledge with fellow enthusiasts further enriched his craft.
