Parsons Sewing Connections has been a trusted name in the sewing industry for over 65 years. Our journey began in 1953, when Mr. Wally Parsons opened the doors to his sewing machine sales and service business in Holyoke, Massachusetts. Since then, we have been dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers, and we continue to uphold this commitment to this day.

Our Rich History

Parsons Sewing Center has a rich history, with various milestones along the way. In 1970, Mr. Parsons moved his business to High Street in Holyoke, where he introduced his wife to the business, which led to the offering of sewing and embroidery lessons. During the 1980s, we were among the first to offer serging lessons as this technology became available. In 1996, Mr. Parsons retired, and the business was sold.

In 2003, we celebrated 50 years as a trusted name in sewing machine sales, service, and instruction. In 2009, Parsons Sewing Connections opened its doors on Riverdale Road in West Springfield, Massachusetts. We continue to value our loyal customer base and will continue to connect with them for all their sewing needs.

Our certified repair team is dedicated to keeping any model of sewing machine running like new. Anne Marie is the current owner of Parsons Sewing Connections. She has over 24 years of experience in the industry, with expertise in the sewing and embroidery functions of the machines. She has been doing custom embroidery for customers for over two decades.
