Jay Redenbaugh's construction career began at a young age while working alongside his grandfather in his workshop. He further developed his skills by managing his father's construction firm and earning a degree in Architectural Design and Drafting. With a passion for sports, hiking, and swimming, Jay brings energy, determination, and leadership to the Redsmith Construction team.

Jeff Smith's construction journey started with building a remarkable treehouse at the age of 14. He pursued higher education in Geography with a focus on Urban Planning and gained experience in framing and trimming houses during college. An avid fan of snow skiing, boating, and University of Louisville sports, Jeff contributes his keen eye for detail and creative problem-solving skills to the successful completion of each project.

*Interior Designer Kristal Smith*

Interior Designer Kristal Smith joined Redsmith Construction in 2013, bringing her experience in kitchen and bath design, architectural concrete sales, cabinet sales, and residential design and decorating. With a BFA in Interior Architecture, Kristal's inspiring ideas and knack for creating functional living spaces result in satisfied clients and stunning renovations. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring arts and crafts, and indulging her love of music.
