Essential Smiles Dental Laboratories is a full-service dental laboratory with multiple locations across the United States. As part of the WORLD LAB Group, a network of dental laboratories operating in various regions throughout the United States, our mission is to provide high-quality dental restorations to dentists nationwide. Our headquarters and main laboratory are located in Plano, Texas, with additional sales branches and satellite laboratories scattered across the country.

Our History

Founded in 2013, Essential Smiles Dental Laboratories has been providing dentists with trusted and reliable dental restorations for over a decade. Our story began as part of the WORLD LAB Group, a network of dental laboratories owned and operated by Dr. Hiroshi Matsumura, a leading dentist in the Japanese dental community. The Tokushinkai Group, parent company of WORLD LAB, was established in 1981 and has since become one of Asia's largest dental organizations, treating over 800,000 patients annually.

In addition to our standard offerings through our classic Essential Smiles branding, we offer premium high-end products through our Essential Smiles Premium brand. Our products are guaranteed to be fabricated by the most skilled and experienced master technicians on our team, offering a wide range of options to meet the varying demands of your patients.

Our Services

We understand the importance of your chair time and strive to make the process of ordering and receiving dental restorations as seamless as possible. Our services include:

• Digital Cases: We are fully equipped to handle your digital cases, working with oral scans from any open system intraoral scanner on the market.

• Shipping and Couriers: Depending on your location, we will arrange for either UPS, FedEx, or a regional courier to transport your cases to us.
