Our Services and Amenities

At Cedar Crest Apartments, we provide a range of services and amenities to ensure our residents enjoy the best living experience. These include central heating and air conditioning in all units, fully-equipped kitchens with appliances like refrigerators, stoves, and garbage disposals. Some units also have optional microwaves and dishwashers. Our apartments feature walk-in closets, remodeled or recently updated units, and access to major commuting routes like Hwy 169 and Hwy 75. Additionally, we offer centralized laundry, professional on-site management, and on-site maintenance with 24-hour emergency support. Pet-friendly, we welcome cats and dogs under 25 pounds, with a $300 fee/deposit per pet.

Premium and Standard Units

We offer premium units that have been completely redone with all new fixtures, doors, flooring, cabinets, and appliances. These upgrades vary but include items like laminate hardwood floors, tile flooring in the kitchen, built-in microwaves, and living room wall sconces. Our standard units are updated with new paint, doors, and carpet as needed, along with updated fixtures and most come with a dishwasher and large pantry.

Application Process and Rules

To become a member of our community, all applicants must comply with our rules, restrictions, and guidelines. These include an application fee of $35 per applicant, a requirement for all persons residing in the apartment for more than three weeks over the age of 18 to complete an application, and a security deposit that is non-refundable 72 hours after approval. We also have restrictions on recent bankruptcies, evictions, violent felonies, and registered sex offenders, as well as guidelines for rental history and income requirements.
