Our Team

Our team consists of experienced professionals who have a deep understanding of the real estate industry. Sean Lahey, our Property Manager, has been in the business since 1992 and has extensive experience in managing residential and commercial properties. Vinnie Cavarretta, a licensed Real Estate Broker, has owned and managed multi-family units for over 30 years. Thomas Bogusz, who handles maintenance and property managing, also brings a unique set of skills to the table, having taught middle school math and worked in sales.

We offer a wide range of services including Administrative and Clerical Services, Financial Responsibility for Condominium Associations, and Insurance Administration. Our Administrative and Clerical Services include tasks such as managing day-to-day operations, handling tenant relations, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Our Financial Responsibility services for Condominium Associations involve collecting common area charges, maintaining accurate records, and providing monthly financial reports to the Trustees. Lastly, our Insurance Administration services include reviewing property appraisals, seeking competitive bids for insurance policies, and maintaining accurate records of all associated insurance policies.
